This module introduces you to some of the main learning theories, CBET as well as learning styles and discusses how they can help instructors/ facilitators reflect on their teaching practice.
This module takes you through the design and delivery of CBET programmes. You will examine facilitation techniques, learning strategies, resources and management of the CBET learning environment. You will also develop and deliver lesson plans and evaluate your performance.
